In the event of an accident, or even quick braking or turning, Secure Fit protects your dog — and your family. Designed by veterinarians and orthopedic surgeons to be anatomically correct, to avoid tracheal injury or damage and other potentially fatal injuries.
I have interviewed many people, veterinarians, technicians and dog trainers to develop the Secure Fit Dog Harness System to fit anatomically correct, be comfortable and safe. Here is one of the testimonies from a veterinarian:
“As a veterinarian, I recently saw a dog with trauma injuries sustained from a car accident. Many owners think their dog is safe in a plastic crate because they are restrained. The impact of the dog inside the crate was so great as to shatter the crate, throwing the dog around the car like a ping pong ball. The owner also sustained injuries from the shattered crate pieces exploding inside her car. Sadly, the dog could not be saved. Please let others know this could happen to them.”
It’s so important to think about traveling with your dog before you and your dog become a statistic. Please let me know your comments and experiences.

I recently recieved the securefit car harness for my dog Benson. I absolutly love it! It is so easy to use and I’m so much more willing to take my Benny Boy with me everywhere knowing he’s safe and comfortable in the back seat. It provides him with enough leash to let him sit, lay down and of course stick his head out the window
I’ve tried other dog seatbelt harnesses before, but none were as easy and comfortably restraining as the securefit.
The moment Benson sees the harness in my hands he gets all excited knowing he gets to come with!
Thanks BeBop for letting us have safe car rides for our Benson!
I’ve been using your car harness system for My 45lb lab mix Kara for about 3 months now and I love it. The medium fits her great and is easy to put on her, even when she goes into bouncy mode in anticipation of an outing. It’s very easy to clip her into the secure-fit strap in the car, which means i take her more places with me.
I’ve also found that I wind up using the harness as her day to day wear for walks. She cannot wear a collar for walks because of a preexisting tracheal injury. I had tried several other harnesses on her before this, but this one is the easiest to put on and lt does not seem to encourage her to pull. I appreciate that it can move from one side to the other without pulling on her legs, and even with all the use it has gotten it has never rubbed or caused sore spots. Several people have asked me about where I got it when they see me walking her with it!
